  1. Adjust the Pasonomi earbuds Position well in charging case and let them enter into charging mode,both flash red light;
  2. Continuous tap each Pasonomi X9 earbuds 3 times until flash blue light;
  3. Turn on Bluetooth on phone and forget the connected record “X9”,then turn off the Bluetooth on phone;
  4. Take the two Pasonomi earbuds out from charging case,then long press the earbuds until the indicator flash blue and red light alternative.

Power on Pasonomi X9 earphones:

  1. Take both out of the charging case and they will automatically power on and pair to each other.
  2. Remove two earphones from charging case unit and long press them until left on flash red and blue light,another one flash blue light slowly

  • Put in charging case,put earphones in charging ase and they will automatically power off.

Possible issue

1. Pasonomi earbuds NO indicator comes on when placed in charging case

Resolution:

  1. 1 Remove the protective tape on each earphone before charging.Or gently adjust the earbuds and make sure the metal contact points in the charging case are touching the contact points of the earbuds
  2. 2 if above failed,contact customer support.

2. The charging dock doesn’t hold the earbuds secure

  1. The charging port lose magnetic ,clean the metal magnetic contacting on earbuds then retry.

How do you reset Tozo T6 earbuds

Please consider to reset your earbuds to factory setting if any abnormal connectivity issues occures by below steps

  1. Delete the TOZO_T6 Bluetooth record on device
  2. Turn off Earbuds before reset Tozo T6 earbuds. Pick up two earbuds from charging case then holding both earbuds button for 5 seconds till red lights on to turn off earbuds
  3. Pressing the MFB Touch Pannel on each of Earbus for another 5 seconds till red and blue light blinking simutaneously, and then Tap the MFB touch pannel on each of earbuds 3 times
    Quickly, the reset process will be done when the purple light blinking
  4. If all success, TOZO T6 Reset complete!
  5. Put earbuds back into the charging case , then take out, ready for connect

i7S TWS Reset

Method 1

  1. Please delete the i7S Bluetooth record on device first!
  2. Pick up the two i7S TWS earbuds from charging case.
  3. power off first before reset the i7S – Long press the button of Either left or right i7S Earbuds for about 7 seconds until the light keeps red, Then the earphones will power off .
  4. Press and hold the two buttons on both i7s TWS earbuds together for about 11-13 seconds, the i7s will flash red lights, then red and blue lights alternatively, red lights and then turn off.
  5. Put the two i7s TWS earbuds into the charging case at the same time, charge for a while.
  6. If you can find the i7s TWS on device again, i7S TWS Reset complete!

  1. Leave the i7s TWS earbuds into the charging case, keeping the lid open.

  1. Making phone calls
    Be sure the earphone connected with your mobile phone, and then you can make phone calls. When making calls, there is only one side earphone working, and there’s incoming call, it would broadcast calling numbers
    You answer the call by slightly press the power button one time and refuse to answer by quick press the power button 2 times. When the earphones are in music mode, you dial your latest number by quick press the power button 2 times (redial the latest number)
  2. Listening to music
    Be sure the earphone connected with your mobile phone, then you can listen to music on your music list. Shortly press the power button to stop the music and replay by press again
  3. power off
    Long press the power button until led in red when not use, the bluetooth device enter off mode. It would be power off automatically when the earphone away from your Bluetooth device over 5 minutes. No need to worry power exhausted.
  4. Charging
    There is reminding sound when battery is low, and the led would flash in red at the same time. When taking charge, the led would be in red, and turns in blue when fully charged

A: Operating steps:

1. Clear the Bluetooth connection data set on the phone and then turn off the Bluetooth of the phone.

3. Put both earplugs back into the charging case, wait 10 seconds and take out the 2 headphones.

Note:
