Q: Can only be combined with one or no earphones?

A: Operating steps:

1. Clear the Bluetooth connection data set on the phone and then turn off the Bluetooth of the phone.

2. Take the earphones out of the charging case (if the earphones are under voltage, you need to turn them off first) and then click the touch screen of the left and right headphones three times.

3. Put both earplugs back into the charging case, wait 10 seconds and take out the 2 headphones.

4. Turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, update the Bluetooth page and search for “C11”.

*Both the left and right earplugs can be used individually. Simply place a headset in the charging case.

Note:

After resetting the reset earphones into the charging case, wait 10 seconds and then remove the two headphones at the same time. Wait 5-8 seconds until the white light of the two earplugs goes off and the red light of one earbud lights up. Then the two earplugs complete the pairing. Finally, turn on the phone’s Bluetooth and search for “C11”.

Remarks:
